It’s a bad thing for three reasons.

1. It’s the kind of thing dictators do where here congress should be consulted first or have a say.
   Trump again is ignoring laws, the constitution and the system of checks and balances.
2. It is cutting programs and firing workers where both are much needed.
3. Where is the now cut money going?
   Into the pockets of billionaires to subsidize their pet projects, perhaps?
   This needs to be looked into to see if it will be put to better use.
   I have doubts that it will be.
