some irish people have that "asian" look to themprobably just due to the prevalence of more squinty-eye-ness in northern european populationsscandinavians have them too. conversely, some east asians have a bit of a "european" look to them: lighter complexion, larger build, double-lids and higher noses, etc. it's just convergent evolution and the way we pick mates. Look hard enough, you'll even find faces that look the same throughout all races.
