I have had a little crush on J.D. since he played Kyle on Pretender. Even though he was a crazy, brainwashed murderer, he was still dang cute! But since watching Burn Notice I have noticed that the two best features he has are his smile and his eyes!
My husband and I love his facial expressions on BN, be they happy, annoyed, faked excitement or whatever, they are very entertaining and most of that is because of his expressive eyes. If you think about it, if you only could see from the nose up, you would still be able to know exactly what emotion he is expressing because of those bright eyes.
Anyways, just a rant but I wanted to know if anyone else saw it too.
I live in the past, but not my own.

EVERYONE pales in comparison to Bruce Campbell, it's not fair to compare anyone to The God of Awesome.

I have to disagree. I don't like his eyes they're too small for the rest of his face and they don't contribute much to his acting. He's okay for this role in Burn Notice, where he plays a very controlled character, but I really think his acting pales in comparison to Bruce Campbell. It helps that Donovan is often paired with Gabrielle Anwar, who isn't much of an actress.
