I wouldn't say he is the best looking actor in hollywood by any means but i think he's attractive and he's a great actor, always enjoyed watching him in Burn Notice!

I'm glad someone else mentioned his looks, or lack thereof. The whole 'beauty is in the eye of the beholder' aside, this guy IS NOT Hollywood material. I don't know about the whole parted lip thing but there is very little to write home about with his face.

First, beefcake applies to build more than face. Beefcake to me is a body like Channing Tatum's.
When it comes to what is good looking, I think the saying "beauty is in the eye of the beholder" very much applies. I think that the two leads in those Twilight movies are both highly unattractive. I think Jeffrey is decent looking when his mouth is closed, which is pretty rare.
Jeffrey's biggest problem that detracts from his attractiveness is of course the fact that his mouth is always open. I'm a speech therapist, and I have been frustrated many times by the fact that most parents shrug off any concerns I have over mouth-breathing, reverse swallow, tongue thrust. As long as their child doesn't have a notable frontal lisp, they don't care. If someone's lips are parted at rest, that is NOT due to genetics, but due to a lifetime of improper positioning of the tongue at rest and during swallow. His face did not need to look like that.

If this guy is considered good looking, I must be beefcake/male model material, lol.
Ehhhhh. been described to my face as "handsome" by more than one woman who I'd previously never met nor paid. Having personally always thought myself plain(if "exotic" by U.S. standards thanks to my nationality)and freely attesting to having had few women in my life, seems damningly true that "eye of the beholder" remains a constant despite the occasional research disputing this.
