Saw the video of the Bakery. My wife and I have owned 6 Restaurants over the last 35 years and we know what your going through. You were always my favorite on Blue Bloods. I hated to see you go especially knowing that they would fill in with more of Walberg breaking the rules. Anyway I see that you have Celiac Disease. I was diagnosed with intestinal problems in the early 80s. What saved me was Apricot seeds. My Fathers Farm has them online. The Bible in Genesis says:
"And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat."
God expects us to eat seeds as though they were the main course. I eat 5-10 per day.
