that's the point of discussion boards. so we can DISCUSS what we think happened and share our opinions. we don't know what happened in a lot of instances so should we just never talk about anything? man, comments like that drive me nuts.

How exactly did Bradley downgrade with Zellweger? Renee is a pretty actress and more famous than Esposito (whom I think is a good actress). Maybe the split was mutual? Unless we know Jen and Bradley personally we can't judge on what happened, or who did what to end the marriage.

I have always thought she was a beautiful actress. Never knew she was married to Bradley Cooper. Now he's with Renee Zellwegger (or however you spell her name) he seriously downgraded.

Matt Damon (as you mentioned before), Russell Crowe, Denzel Washington, Robert Downey Jr, Robert Dinero & Christian Bale are actors I can think of that have married outside of the 'Hollywood beautiful women' syndrome and have been with their wives for many years. I'm sure there are more out there, those are just the ones I can think of.
Oh and Tobey Maguire (granted, his wife's family is also very wealthy, we're going by basic looks here lol)
These people who go around quoting they've found their soul mates (a la Angelina Jolie and what not), I take anything they say with a grain of salt. Many people in Hollywood fail to look outside of their bubble to even know what us common people truly know about love and relationships. Sometimes, with these actors, they forget that their lives aren't just one big movie - hence why they seem so fickle in their every day lives and in romances. They just aren't all together. Very few actors are able to immerse themselves in their work but then cut it off when it's over. Those are some of the greats, but like i said, they are very few.

It's a harsh comment, but unfortunately true. Do you think its a coincidence that hollywood always find they're soul mate with another star? They just go for the prettiest and most succesful people.
Except for Mat Damon, he married a normal girl. He's the only exception I can think of

wow zimmcat, that was a pretty harsh statement right there. the whole point of marriage is to pledge your life to another human being. If you aren't ready for it, then you either don't get married or you get a divorce. But just because women throw themselves at you, it doesn't give you the right to feel like you don't 'need' your wife and therefore can just let her go. I'd like to think there was a better reason than that for their divorce lol

Actually their divorce was finalized in 2007, imdb is just behind like always when it comes to these little updates
