Well I mean just look at her on Rescue Me and The Job (on DVD). She's really cute and attractive, and her one-liners just crack me up.
She has a slightly nasal voice which I find to be really interesting.

Numb3rs is the first show I've seen her in. I like her because she is beautiful but she seems real and interesting too. I think her voice is different and in some ways it very funny. I'm sure she has had comments about it before and could change it if it was really a detriment to her career, so I think it's just her thing.
