I saw blunt on late night where she did the acting exercise (on jootube, don't usually watch that show) and though I find her to be a whacky unpleasant person for the jibes she makes and seeming like she's just ready to mock anything, I'd say it's very unlikely that any actress of similar experience could overshadow her acting wise, perhaps as an unknown to you it just stands out more in your view that she's of a high level

She was the best part of the movie, whenever she wasn't on screen I was soooooo bored
