Jeff Sneider on Meet the Movie Press podcast said that Rebecca Ferguson was one of Marvel's first picks for the role, but reportedly turned it down. Very disappointing, but I guess she maybe doesn't want to be attached to another franchise outside of Mission: Impossible.
