<p dir="auto">For the most part, her ability far surpassed her film career. Three exceptions: Wuthering Heights, Uncle Harry and the little-seen So Evil My Love. But she was extraordinarily moving as Mary Tyrone in Long Day's Journey Into Night, which is as formidable as an actor playing King Lear.</p>
