When I was in the last year of Junrior High School (about 1968) Ms Fitzgerald appeared for about four or five months reading (for half an hour a day from Monday to Friday) a portion of Dickens' DAVID COPPERFIELD. I am not sure why it was programmed (about 4:00 P.M. each day) but she was very good with the story and diff1c84erent characters. I remember that while she read the book the 19th Century illustrations were frequently shown on screen to illustrate what she was reading so well.
