I haven't tried all the songs by her, but to me she has the best female voice.
I always thought that the best female voice is Whitney Houston (whom i also like the songs of).
I listened to some of her songs randomly on Youtube (based on the similar suggestions on the right side).
Her voice is so unique that I can tell it's Roberta Flack when I listen.
I wish she recorded official songs with Luther Vandross, but there is a clip of them singing "Killing Me Softly" live on a tv show (thought it's in low definition).

I've always loved her voice. She infuses her songs with so much genuine emotion. She tends to get overlooked because she's not a bombastic personality, but for those who just want pure musicianship and talent, she's unstoppable.
