I totally 100% agree. Each time I've watched him I just feel really uneasy. It's awkward to watch him perform because his timing is routinely off, his voices/impressions don't match his characters, and his one-liners remind me of granddad doing a wedding toast (tame but odd r2000emarks that might make you smile but never ever laugh). I don't know anything about his other work such as writing, but for him to still be on the show I imagine he must be pulling his weight in those departments. I hate slamming someone for being bad at what they do, and I'm sure he's a nice person, but yikes I just do Not find him funny whatsoever.
My comedy resume would include Eddie Izzard, Tiny Fay, Billy Connolly, John Cleese, Rowan Atkinson, Steven Colbert, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Arrested Development, Peep Show, The Office, Flight of the Conchords, and so on.

The guy sucks. Most snl members have been absolute trash. I don't even like Chase, Akroyd or Martin.
The only guy that managed to make me smile on the show was norm mcdonald. probably the only one that wasn't trying at all and simply relief on his own natural comedic talents. that was what made him funny.

I think he's great, as is Colin Quinn.

I thought he was pretty funny in the episode of Tim and Eric Awesome Show Great Job I saw him in, but that's the only time I've heard of him. hah I don't watch SNL.

I don't have such a big problem with his acting. Now that I think about it, he's a pretty decent actor. His comedy sucks a$$ though. He is absolutely the least funny person I've ever seen on the show, although the new guy, Bobby Moynihann is giving Will a run.

definetly not the worst cast member of all time. i agree he isnt a great actor but its funny and comedic actors arent supposed to win fricken academy awards. even his small part in beerfest was funny. and his voice isnt really annoying, it helps with his comedy like when he sings haha. but you should probably search up worst cast members because their are some terrible ones.

Best Norm sketch ever was the take on "West Side Story" with Robert Downey Jr. Classic SNL. His sarcasm was great.

Will Forte is the most unfunny, cringe-worthy, and annoying cast member in SNL history. He makes me sick and reminds me of a pedophile, when he's not playing pedophiles.
Norm McDonald is one of my favorites of all-time. I think he's one of the all-time greats and a true comedy genius. Best delivery EVER!

I agree for the most part that Will Forte is not funny. I used to groan at the Falconer skits and the Kelly brothers' appearances on Weekend Update. His general delivery, as stated in other replies to this thread, takes away from the material's comedic potential. On the other hand, Will was hilarious as Tim Calhoun (the nervous wannabee-politician).

I agree, he uses the same stupid "dad" voice for EVERY character he plays. Kristin Wiig does the same dang thing. This is the least funny cast they have ever had. I end up fast forwarding through most of the shows now. I really only tune in to see the hosts. And would somebody please cut Andy Sanburg's rats nest he calls hair?? What a dork!!

He is very funny and smart!!! Anyone can act crazy and overcommit in the name of comedy but he is not only a very funny commedienne he is an intelligent writer. The Brothers Soloman is a very funny smart movie, thanks to him!!
