Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX). I know he already played George W. Bush when he was on SNL, but that's exactly what I thought of when I saw Ted Cruz speak for the first time: Will Forte as George W. Bush. They need to have him do a walk-on as Cruz.

I just watched the first episode of The Last Man on Earth, and came here to see if anyone else agreed with me. I don't see/hear Senator Ted Cruzfor me, he looks like:
charles manson
and sounds like
Bill Moseley (devil's rejects).
Come to think of it, he kind of looks like
Bill Moseley
tooget him to grow a long scraggly beard and walk around in ancient boxer-briefs and a zip-up hoodie and it just might BE him.

I don't see the Ted Cruz thing overmuch. Cruz's face is more square and has these puppet-lines around his mouth, and less intelligence in his face. But, he does look like him enough to pull off that character in SNL, for sure.
Who Forte looks almost exactly like is Rob Delaney.
