I'm a BIG Samantha fan, and I agree that Sam didn't look her best on the I Love The 80's special. BUT Sam looked fantastic on the Retrosexual : The 80s tv special on VH1, which aired back in 2004. Sadly with rare exception we do not look as good in our 40's as we did in our late teens early 20's. Once the pimples gone I might have loked cute except for shocking hairstyle.
She realised early on that her breasts were going to be her biggest assets into earning a lot more money than she could have earned working say for sainsbury (the supermarkets).

Do you remember a Dutch/Swedish band called Promises with , in 1976 a hit single "Baby its you" with a magnificent lead singer in trousers with braces.
That was such a good song, truthfully I loved the song. I just can't think of the song without remembering her.
