OK, so call me crazy, but is there something wrong with Jeff Garlin's lower lip? In everything I've seen him in (Sleepover, Daddy Daycare, Wizards of Waverly Place, etc.), I've always noticed this weird bumpy-type thing in the right end of his lower lip. PLEASE tell me someone else has noticed it, even if you don't know what it is
