Uri Geller is a magician, not a psychic.
Wrong.
A magician is someone who can perform "magic" which are accepted to be cleverly devised tricks which are not the work of real magic powers or otherwise. Usually if a magician is honest, they will not claim to have real magic powers.
Uri Geller on the other hand DOES claim to have some psychic power where he can read minds and/or telekinetically bend/manipulate objects. He doesn't say those are magic tricks, but REAL power.

I think most clocks will start working if you shake it around for a bit. If your clock had been "sitting there" for years not working, then I assume it would stay not working. There are a few possible explanations, Geller's powers is the least likely of them (seeing as how he doesn't have any powers).

All of this stuff sounds questionable and Uri Geller does show some signs of being a fraud however I did see one thing personally that made me think otherwise. I was a kid maybe around 12 and Uri Geller was on TV and he said that if you have a clock that has stopped working bring it to the TV. He gave other instructions if it were too large but I had this small digital clock that had been sitting there not working for years. Well when Uri did whatever it was he did it started to function. Don't know if it was Gellers powers or something else but my guess is if it hadn't done anything for years why would it suddenly work after placing it on the TV during Geller's appearance.

Jule Eisenbud was far too forgiving when it came to assessing paranormal claims. I mean, he even wrote a book in support of Ted Serios, who was plainly a fraud.
Geller is obviously a con, and an attention-seeking *sswipe. Most pathetically, he claimed that he used psychic power to stall the Olympic Flame during its mechanical ascension at the 2000 games. Did he claim he was going to do so beforehand? Send out a press release a week before to drum up the tension? No. He claims he was watching the ceremonies on television, and just decided to do it. So he says, after the fact.
Laughable.

This guy seems to love free money. He sued Pokemon over a spoon? Now he's suing some people over the Elvis House? The fact that suing over nothing has become so common in society sickens me. Even at my work, we're forbidden from doing certain things to stop shoplifters because the company's so afraid of getting sued. For the same reason, we're not allowed to let people use the bathroom.
All because there are certain people in the world, like Uri Geller, who love free money.

Randi's suggestion that Uri was peeking is plausible. Your statement of "that's crap", without any reason why, merely shows that you're not willing to consider this (certainly possible) theory. And Randi NEVER said that he couldn't account for him getting it right on other shows (perhaps you misinterpreted him). The only thing that's "crap" is the idea that Geller has any powers whatsoever, except for the power to fool gullible people.

Just saw the video, and Randi said that Uri was perhaps peeking when the lady drew the stick figures holding hands, that's crap, so it makes me dispel his theories on why he didnt get it right on that show, which was a very old show. Also before the footage came on James Randi said that he couldnt account for him getting it right on other shows.

"Ihave had more than fifty years experience with psychics and would-be psychics. From having observed Geller bend a volunteered latchkey under excellent conditions, and from having studied Mr. Geller's record of tests under various auspices, I have not the slightest doubt that his psychicabilities are genuine."

Hahahaha! Pwned.
Besides, if he was a real psychic, he wouldn't even sue. In fact, I doubt he'd even sellout in fear of his life.
Stuff like this reminds me of "Movie Poop Shoot.com" from Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back.
