Rudy failed to provide funding to the fire department for adequate communication equipment. The police had better communications equipment. Less than 100 cops died on 9/11, yet over 300 fire fighters died. Rudy's lack of leadership and funding led to over 300 of the fire fighters to die. He is partially to blame because the fire fighters didn't hear the may-day. The cops did. Rudy is partially responsible for their deaths. He should not be elected President.
