This is unexpected. After weeks of ignoring the story, as was expected by our government propaganda service (similar to BBC) we finally have a report:

The look on the CBC reporter after the report is priceless, like his pants have just fallen down. (He'd been breathlessly promoting AGW for years.) Rex Murphy is perhaps one of the top 10 CBC personalities. I always thought he was a leftist because he supported Pierre Trudeau as the "greatest Canadian" but apparently he's been a skeptic of AGW for quite some time.
People were trying to get CBC to do a story on Climategate for a while and they were dodging like you would expect (here is a phone call to them):
