I see Lauren Conrad too, but more so a mix of Sara Paxton and Elizabeth Olsen.
Or at least, properly speaking, Sara and Elizabeth mixed together resemble Spencer because she's older.

I see her more like Sara Paxton. Just watched Blue Eyed Butcher and thought it was Spencer the whole time, until I came on imdb to double check and saw it was Paxton. Was blown away by the uncanny resemblance.
