I will watch anything with Mamie Gummer. I first saw her in the Good Wife and was very impressed. I knew she was Meryl's daughter from the start, but I have to say I like her acting even better. There is something very appealing about her. She is very versatile and I am appalled at those insulting her appearance on this board. Sad world - no one cares about acting anymore, it's all about the "perfect" look. Another great actress is Kate Burton - daughter of Richard - though she is older now. Coincidentally both of these talented women have guest starred on the Good Wife. I have no problem with children of famous actors becoming actors themselves, yet a lot of people on this board resent it. Hopefully talent wins out in the end. Looks fade, but talent lasts forever.

When I first saw her in Evening I didn't know she was Meryl streeps daughter, just thought they looked quite similar but I agree. I am very fond of her acting skills. I love the soft spokeness she has on Emily Owens md
