Geez, I expected a few more threads for this guy. I find it hard to believe that he left a smaller pop culture impact than, say, the guy who played Red the bum in Back to the future (Who was ahead 5 to 4 before this post).
My high school tennis coach looked like a yuppie version of Mr. Haggerty and we all called him Grizzly Adams My friend Steve always joked "Where's his bear?" whenever he saw him

What an aweful show. I used to watch it as a kid, my mom loved it so I did too. Then education came and I re-watched the show and couldn't be in the same room as that crap. Oh my word, what a bunch of barely thought out propaganda. I couldn't watch it. Any thinking person couldn't.

Plenty of love of the Grizz from me. I love Grizzly Adams. The show (and movies) really need an official DVD release! Maybe in the near future. One can only hope.

There is so much, and more and more the older I get!
I will always remember Grizzly Adams. One of my and my family's favor shows. I never new the breath of the movies and shows he was in until I just now scanned his credits. Extremely wide. Awesome.
