I have followed Miss Hamilton's career since I was a little girl. It seems unlikely that she is (a) only six years older than I; (b) played a wife in Something of Value at age 11; will only be sixty years old next year. Is this Hollywood Time (real age < 10-15 years)?
You look good girl, but why falsify??

Maybe since "Leave It To Beaver" was in the Fifties, he felt using "Negro" would be more appropriate.

Negro? Thanks for the compliment but using "Negro" is from wayyyy back in the day. Black person sounds less offensive. If you want to be PC, then African American will do too.

What makes you think that Kim Hamilton or any other person chooses their birthdate and any other information that is entered erroneously on IMdB or elsewhere on the Internet? I've met Kim; she is a lovely, talented, genuine person, but has no interest or knowledge of the Internet. Obviously she wasn't born in 1946. Her credits are also incomplete. BTW: she lived for 20 years with Werner Klemperer and they officially got married shortly before he died. She took care of him during his very difficult battle with cancer. She also did initally get married very young- 13 or 14 is accurate. Kim is a great lady who is still a working actress.

The first thing I saw her on was an episode of "That's My Mama". She was supposed to have been an old friend of Clifton's mother and I was thinking she was in her fifties then. Regardless, I've always found her to be a sexy woman at
WHATEVER
age she really is.

I agree with all of you. I saw her on Sanford and Son when I watched the show
as a child. She had to be at least 40-something then.

It seems quite strange, as the trivia claims, that she was also married at age 13.
Just say NO to censorship!

Miss Hamilton was in the 1960 horror flick "Leech Woman". According to Imdb, she would have been 14 years old. I assure you, Miss Hamilton had to have been AT LEAST 24 or 25 years old when she did this film. Maybe she "admits" to being born in 1946which, of course, is her perogative, but she's insulting the intelligence of her fans. Instead of growing old gracefully, apparently Miss Hamilton is kicking and screaming all the way.
