The Wikipedia entry for Ms. Hamilton mentions that she is the younger sister of Page. Like you, I had never heard this before and am finding it far fetched.
I know that Wikipedia entries are not always correct. However, the entry does link to Page's obituary in the Los Angeles Times. The obituary says that Page was survived by her sister "Lynn Hamilton". (Link:

I still find it difficult to believe but, in light of that obituary, the relationship may very well be true. (Or Page had a sister who happens to have the same name as this actress).

I'm with you. I guess anything is possible, but neither Page, when she was alive, nor Hamilton has ever confirmed this. So somebody needs to get on this! TMZSOMEBODY! What next, Grady and Big Money Grip are second cousins on they momma's side?
