She's not in the movie, Guys. Take it for what you will, but I talked to her in Chicago during Flashback in 2015 and asked her about it. She didn't even know what it was. When I explained it to her she definitely confirmed it isn't her. She speculated it could be another Danielle Harris and imdb got them confused. The good news is you can stop watching The Town That Dreaded Sundown 😉

I just watched The Town and thats what led me to this thread.
She certainly didnt have a speaking role. Shes credited as Townsperson. Im sure she was just an extra in the bacground.
