this is a superb albeit somewhat limited interest DVD.
I really liked seeing Howard at the the brewster hearings casually shrugging off accusations he profited from the war by countering a lot of the development was paid out of pocket, and any graft paid to military personnel was merely 'the way its done'.
He turned the whole crowd to his view with his aplomb and straight forward manner.
brewster absented himself from the position of committee chair soon after.
