I think John is bisexual. Why is it popular for women to be bisexual, but men have to be either straight or gay?

There are much more eloquent ways to describe their friendship. Their bond is more important than anything but I think others realize that sometimes people aren't always 100% gay or straight.

I don't think John was ever in a serious relationship after Diana's death until he met Kelly Preston. I think it had been 10 years in between and that's a lot of years to grieve. He must have really loved her, despite their short time together, as it really meant something to him. Even in interviews he still refers Diana as his girlfriend.
Does John have any contact at all today with Diana's son? If someone knows?

You can find a few pics with the boy in the plastic bubble. I was not alive when this happened, but when I read about this in a John Travolta biography I cried. It is so sad. I wish she was still with us. She seems like she was really nice. Her last wish was that John Travolta take care of her son. Sadley that was not fufilled, where the boys father got custody of him

Not to put a damper on it, but everyone in Hollywood always dies "in someone's arms." Offhand, that sounds like some kind of romanticized Hollywood BS. Don't put too much stock in it.

There are several "The Fugitive" websites and Diana Hyland was in 4 Fugitive episodes. There might be some pics.
Also she participated in 52 episodes from "Peyton Place" (later in the color episodes). There is at least one website and also the book by James Rosin on the PP TV series. It might have a photo from her.

There are some very nice pics of Ms.Hyland on the "Eight is Enough" website. Not all are from the show; there are some publicity photos, scenes from other shows or films.
Until I stumbled across that site, I too had trouble finding any pics of her. Had been looking since I saw "Smoky" on a cable channel not long ago, and was struck by this beautiful woman whooaaa, big time:)

I have been tirelessy browsing through the internet looking for a photo, ANY photo of Diana Hyland. Why, oh why, can I not find one??? Can u help

She died a few years before I was even born, but I still realize her great work and beauty. Yesterday was the 29th anniversary of her painful death. I blew her a kiss to let her know she was on my mind. She left way too soon.

That sounds like Diana. She was a loving person. Seems like one of the nicest women you'd ever want to meet. Too bad she's no longer with us.

Apparently, a few weeks before she died, Diana visited Mark Hamill when he was in the hospital recovering from his car accident. She was the only person from Eight Is Enough to do so. Very touching.

She was such a good actress and so beautiful. I wish she was still around today. I still haven't found any decent websites on her.
