I met her a couple summers ago, she's not buffed up like she was in The Descet, but she's hardly unhealthy looking.
That athletic build wouldn't really work for the stage work she's been doing the passed several years. She looked the way she did in The Descent because she toned up her body to fit the part, her body type depends on what type of work she's doing at the time.

They aren't twins and Natalie is definitely the more beautiful of the two, but the resemb2000lance is still there.
It's not hard to tell that they're sisters.
And I don't know how, based on the picture you posted, you can claim that Stephanie looks nothing like Natalie.
Again, Natalie is definitely more beautiful, but they look pretty similar.

Just fyi, she's half Filipino yet looks 100% Filipino. It's more likely she doesn't have any Spanish ancestry. A lot of Filipinos like to tell that mythical tale even if it isn't true. If she indeen had Spqnish ancestry, she would look more European.

Both of them are gorgeous, that's for sure.
