Actually, it's a hysterical statement that's quite easy to disagree with because it is wrong.
As someone pointed out, abortion was still protected by law under the Bush administration. If Obama is responsible for killing "millions" of children, so is any other president Roe Vs. Wade. She should be listing all those men along with Obama if that is her skewe111cd logic but it's not. It was just yet another highly inflamed, moronic hyperbolic statement people who don't like the President make.

I thought Bush was rather goofy, but it would never occur to me to liken him to a dictator, blame him for things he clearly didn't do or had no control over or wish him death.
