The ''Witch'' was Marsha's Aunt Hilda, a former chemistry professor, who was fired for turning her students green. Jones was one of ''Batman's'' most memorable villains.

I'm only 25 but I remember seeing both Batman and Addams Family on cable TV when I was a kid in the 90's. Now that I'm older I know all about the actors on both shows. Carolyn Jones seemed to be fresh off the Addamsb68 Family when she portrayed Marsha Queen of Diamonds on Batman. I remember seeing her acting in a very witch-like way (crossing her arms, appearing mysterious) and she was basically sort of doing her Morticia bit. I don't recall too much but there was one scene in Batman where she is talking to a witch and brewing something in a cauldron. Does anyone know what I'm talking about ?

I've never been able to see Batman! I've just seen pics of her as Marsha, and even on her biography, just showed a little clip of her getting off a car, but TVLand doesn't show Batmansigh

Like all characters this lovely lady portrayed, I was totally besotted with Marsha, as I was with Morticia and even the smallest characters she played throughout her carreer.Of course the Batman series was pretty classic on it's own merrit,but with Carolyn as Marsha it was all the more compelling.

I thought she was great! Of course, she was great at everything she did. (Sorry it took so long for a reply!)
