I had a magazine (Women's Day?; Family Circle?)from the 1980's, which featured a shrimp escabeche recipe from Katy Jurado. I lost the magazine and now I can't find this great recipe. Would anyone out there know if they have seen a recipe like this? It was one of my favorites and I would love to find it again.
