I do not understand why a major character like Charlie Keys (adult) who is a main participant in several of the latter segments of Spielber's "Taken" on the SciFI Channel has been so minimized in publicity, cast listings, trailers describing the making of the mini-series (multiple people were credited and their cast names listedbut not his, when he appeared in a series of responses by the cast.
It just struck me as mysteriousas if the producers were trying to make him a "non-person" compared with many whose parts were far, far less substantial.
Not that I guess it matters a great deal since the SciFi channels, like most of the other channels on TV "squish" the credits into illegibility so that trying to get an idea of who played who in the cast of a given show is virtually impossible. And this is all in the service of showing the same trailer which had been seen as a commerical throughout the show.
My point is this: without the actors and actresses there would be but a script and producers and directors. Give them the proper creditsince not everyone has the persistence to track down your website for substantial informationfor which I am sure we all are grateful. JH

I guess he's just private and they don't think promoting him would help salesactually it's kind of refreshing to see a very private actor. He was great though (and also kind of hothehe).

All I know is that whenever I watch "Taken" (box setheck yes!) and his name is in the credits, I think it says "Andy Kaufman" and I giggle a little bit. Because he is definitely not Andy Kaufman. And that would not have been a good casting selection, if you ask me.

I tought he was pretty great
not the best actor on Taken but still he was awesome!

If there is no information about him anywhere, and there isn't, it must be because he wants it that way. Why? Who knows?

i agree totally! i've even been to the sci fi bboard to see if anyone there has info. on him but nada! his character was not just important, it was vital, since he's allie's father. she wouldn't be, without him. adam has also had many guest appearances yet there is no biographical information anywhere on the net. it's all very mysterious and, in keeping with the whole coverup thing that happens with anything ufo-ish, perhaps he's trying to be incognito?

Thank you! I am glad I'm not the only one who finds this mysterious, or at the very least highly conspicuous. I wonder why so little info is made available about him.
