I think all Camp Nowhere lovers should band together and try to get someone to make a sequel?!
It'd have to have Jonathon, Andrew, Melody and Marne or else it wouldn't be worth it.
Lets face it, they're all not doing much at the moment. Andrew Keegan is working solidly but it's a crime that he isn't a huge star, and the others have had a few good roles but they haven't exactly got anything to lose.
They could start up a resort or something. It should be funny but its needs to be clever. If they do it right it could be huge, there's a lot of fans already who would go and see it and they'd get even more fans if they make a good sequel.
Anyone else agree?
"And you were right Dad, I'm learning lots of valuable skills for the future"
Do it right or don't do it

I was thinking the exact same thing about the link between Camp Nowhere and Accepted. It's basically the same premise but just with a college instead of a camp.

check out "Accepted"
having seen 'Camp Nowhere' in close proximity you can almost see the white-out on the Script the timing, and the ending of Camp Nowhere certainly imply that it began it's life as a CN sequel

I have an idea for a Camp Nowhere sequel where I am using the same actors in pieces, and then having new characters that raid the camp. I can't say too much because, first off its still being written and second I don't want to give everything away. Though once I have a synopsis and clearance, I'll let you know.

I think the best bet would be cameos. The characters all old enough to be leading serious lives now. There's not really a situation where they're forced to do or go anywhere and need to escape and be free. They can do anything they want. If they do a remake orhomage or psuedo sequel where the kids run into a group of suits orI don't know, college kids and its them. That'd be more than cool. Maybe if they looked young enough to pass for college kids they could all ditch class, but that's Ferris Bueller territory. Maybetwo are getting married butthats weak sauce and it's been done in American Wedding and the Wood and other movies.
At their age it's a better idea that they get a cameo interacting with a new group of kids.
Trust me, I've thought of it THOROUGHLY over the years since the movie came out. I had a HUGE crush on Melody Kay (I was only 10 when CN came out so it's not creepy).
The short one's gawking at me and the tall one's being very droll.
