I remember reading some years back about a wrestling fan site's investigation into how very few Jews there were in professional wrestling compared to other arenas of show business, and whether anti-Semitism has much to do with this. (I personally don't think so, as WWE founder Vincent J. McMahon was as far as I know free any kind of prejudice, and most anti-Semitic incidents in wrestling have been the handiwork of lesser figures.) Off the top of my head, I can name Bill Goldberg, Kane, Colt Cabana, ECW founder Paul Heyman, and this one guy from back in the '30s who died several years ago and whose name escapes me. But I've recently started to wonder if Stacy Keibler might be, too.
Looking at her and where she comes from, it would make sense. Her last name is German, of course, but it looks fairly Ashkenazi to me. She also has very unusual, refined, some would say "Jewish-looking" facial features. And most people don't know this, but she had a (very small) role in Barry Levinson's 1999 film LIBERTY HEIGHTS, which was about middle-class Jewish life in the 1950s in Levinson's (and Keibler's) hometown of Baltimore (although, to be sure, there were plenty of non-Jewish characters in that movie as well). And I know that Stacy went to Catholic school, but one or both of her parents could have converted.

Considering Jews make up ~2.5% of the population of the U.S., I'd say that there is a fair representation of Jewish people in PW, and far too many in the rest of show business. That's if you want to go by stats anyway.

I think she may have some eastern European genetics. Look at the roundness of her face, the thickness of her cheekbones and maybe at her eyes too in pictures, and I think you'll agree.
Slavic people have a distinct look (they don't look Anglo.5b4)
It's not common, but not totally unusual, for a person in U.S. cities to have Polish, Slovakian, Russian, etc, heritage, though to the average American, such a person may look exotic/foreign.
A little variety is a good thing. Seeing the same thing all the time leads to boredom.
