Agreed. Genetics play a significant role. & i may have been down playing a bit. i.e. not doing much still means working out. but a 30 year old must work much harder to maintain their figure than a 17-20 yr old.

I think you are mistaken if you think the average 20-year-old doesn't have cellulite and doesn't require maintenance to maintain their body. Believe me, I am 20 and most girls I see have cellulite and are skinny fat or just straight up fat. The only ones with good bodies are the ones who are athletes or make an effort to take care of themselves. The only thing the 20 year old has is a faster metabolism.
At the end of the day though, it comes down to genetics. If you were not born with good genetics, regardless of your age, you will constantly have to fight to maintain a good body.

The difference between a 20 yr olds body & a 30 yr old is night & day. A 30 yr old can have an awesome one, but it requires a bunch of maintenance. a 20 yr old can wake up, not do much & still be flawless (no cellulite, no nothing). You do that at 30? it's bye bye good body.
