I've first heard about him from his Exorcist documentary. Since I also love the film I checked out his reviews. While I often agree with him, like in Pirats, recently his view are just irritating. His love for Zac Efron and effin Highschool Musical, his Harry Potter fanaticism, his constant feminist rants on supposedly derogatory depiction of women which is often not the case, him saying that Silent Running is a better film than 2001 all left me shaking my head.
But his insistence that the Twilight movies are actually any good are really taking the cake. I mean the last 2 films where somewhat of a minor improvement, because something actually happens in the films and the acting isn't completely atrocious, but how he can especially praise the first movie and the hack Catherine Hardwicke is just ridiculous.

I just wish he'd be honest or at least fair and trash the Twilight saga like it deserves to be trashed.
