Whatever happened to Hawk Wilensky? I may have misspelled his name.
He wrote and produced this hit and it just seems he never got enough credit for it.

I'm not sure what happened to him, but interesting story - when Madonna was married to Sean Penn, the couple ran into Wolinski at a party or bar one night, and Penn assaulted Wolinski when Wolinski said something to Madonna, which set off the volatile and jealous Penn.

Hawk Wolinsky's composition "SLOW SCREW AGAINST THE WALL,"
from the "ASK RUFUS" LP.
This was a classical strings and piano piece that only lasted about 2 Minutes;
but was brilliant, mesmerizing, haunting and enchanting, an absolutely
perfect composition!
Hawk Wolinsky was a musical genius!!

Hey wuzzup piano, this is one of my favorite songs by Wilensky too.
There really isn't much out there on him. He did most of his work in the 80's and I don't know if you knew this but he also wrote Everlasting Love (one of your favorites right?) and he wrote Hollywood.
I believe your spelling is correct. If I find out anything I'll let you know.
