I just turned on the show tonight for the first time in two o16d0r three years, and I hardly recognized him ? only the voice was familiar. I know beards and weight loss can noticeably alter one's appearance, but I could swear he's had facial surgery or else a boatload of Botox or Juvaderm. I still like the guy, but I guess I'll always remember him in his first season or two with a sport shirt, no tie, kind of a putty-faced, regular- guy look.
