He just seems like a bitter douchebag every time he speaks. It's probably because he has inner turmoil due to the fact that he had to suck off Adam Carolla to be on "The Man Show". He basically agreed to get bukkaked in order to be famous.

Hate to burst your bubble, but Adam has a career thanks to Jimmy. In Adam's book as well as his time as Loveline host he talks about how he started his career by offering to train Jimmy to box. He then became part of his radio show as "the sports guy."
