I wasn't a big fan of the first two episodes. They seemed way too disjointed. I think they tried to cram the origins of The Cape into 45 minutes (the first half of the two part premier) and I think the show suffered alot because of the rush.
I watched it only because Summer Glau is in it and she was not in it nearly enough. Plus it is weird seeing her on the losing end of a fight.
Marty Klebba was definitely the best thing about The Cape so far. Great comic timing. I am always happy to see him pop up on anything I am watching. I think he has enough charisma and skills to carry his own show.
Wouldn't it be great if he were playing the main hero?
I could watch Marty Klebba vs. Vinnie Jones all day.
I will give The Cape a few more chances. Hopefully they can pull it together and offer something fun.
