<p dir="auto">eventhough it's out of his comedy element, I think he could portray Marvel's Hercules well. In the comics Herc seems to have a goofy demeanor when the sitch calls for it. i mean, asthetically, he IS the character</p>

<p dir="auto">I've seen this suggestion, too and thought he could do it if they pay it off as a comedy, almost farcical Hangover style.<br />
HOWEVER, I just watched the SMB trailer and he is looking SLIM and I think he could pull [Marvel's] Hercules off right now with a bit of power lifting training, like Goodman did for Flintstones.  Too bad the Rock and the other dude (rejected Titans 3 script?) are dragging that name thru the mud with their films.<br />

I thought he was very funny and talented in Tucker and Dale vs. Evil, but I think just about anyone would disagree with you about him having the right "aesthetics" for the part. Maybe he could voice him.<br />
