I da0doubt they'll get back together, though, since it was revealed that the baby she's carrying is NOT Matt's.

I saw a promotional photo yesterday of Lisa Lackey in-character as Ms. Parkman carrying a young baby, so I guess that she comes back for some of season two at some point. Perhaps a reconciliation between the Parkmans?

One of the later Season 2 epsidoes is a flashback episode and explains different things that happened over the summer break, I'm sure she will show up then!

We know Janice was pregnant in Season 1. However, Matt Parkman got the divorce during the months between Season 1 and 2. He also moved to New York City staying in the apartment with Molly. I think they leave the door open for her return but giving the fact that there are so many new guest stars in season two, it will be difficult to build good stories around Parkman's life in the 2nd season.
