Just got done watching "House Calls" with Walter Matthau and Glenda Jackson. Len Lesser had a non speaking bit part as the Waiter/Cook in a diner serving Walter and Glenda early in the movie. Upon watching Len looked like he was going to say something to Matthau's character Dr. Charley Nichols, but the scene bounces around and he winds up walking off. Given the successful level of his career at that point in time it makes you wonder if his speaking part wound up on the editors floor or he just happen to be on the studio lot that day.
