Just figured out today (I'm mid-way through Season 2 of The Bridge) that the actor playing Lieutenant Wade is the same actor who played Buffalo-freakin'-Bill from Silence of the Lambs (mind = blown!).
I knew his voice sounded eerily familiar but I hadn't seen Silence of the Lambs in many years, so I only just figured the connection out now.
Anyways - I'm a huge fan of actors who have great, iconic voices! I could never figure out why I had this weird attraction to actors like Alan Rickman, Patrick Stewart & Ron Perlman for years until it finally dawned on me that they all have freakin' amazing (& sexy!) voices! Some of them it's just for certain characters though (i.e. Ron Perlman as Vincent on Beauty and the Beast (tv) & as Hellboy), others it's just all the freakin' time!
Here's the list I came up with off the top of my head (I will edit it, if I remember any that I've overlooked):

• David Bowie (specially in Labyrinth as Jareth, the Goblin King (swoooon! def. a childhood crush of mine& surprisingly it had nothing to do with the tights - it's all in the voice! And what a lovely voice it is!)
• Benedict Cumberbatch (I don't think I saw him on this list actually - for shame! When listing this awesome actors' best features, his voice should always be #1! Sherlock for the win!)
• Jeremy Irons (yeah, he's on everyone's list for a reason - that sexily raspy voice that even made an animated lion (Scar) sound weirdly 5b4hot. Very confusing for me as a pre-teen!)
• Will Arnett ('Shrimpwith club sauce!' Just watch Arrested Development if you haven't already. What are you waiting for?)
• Michael Wincott (Maybe I have this actor to blame for why I'm always drawn to the bad guys in movies/tv, Top Dollar in The Crow, Rochefort in The Three Musketeers, etc. He made a career out of playing baddies you can't help but secretly root for.)
• Lee Pace (First noticed him in 'Pushing Daisies' & while his voice is pleasant to hear in that show, he's really upped the vocal ante in recent years with his menacing turns in 'The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug' as vain Elf King Thranduil & Ronan the Accuser in 'Guardians of the Galaxy' (he's unrecognizable in the latter, both in appearance & voice!))

I believe you are in the minority, here. Joe Pesci, has a whinny, nasal type voice, that is anything but easy on the ear.

Ray Winstone's voice can melt butter. Robert Shaw had a very sexy, different voice. Lorne Greene (Bonanza), had a great voice and was a radio show host in Canada before he became an actor. Orson Wells, that's a given. Vincent Price had a really cool voice, too. Although he does sound a bit effeminate, Harvey Fierstein's voice is yummy. The obvious others (I believe they have been mentioned) James Earl Jones (who used to stutter BTW), Morgan Freeman, & Sam Waterston. Peter Coyote's is very nice, and often used in advertising. Donald Sutherland's voice too, is very cool. Stephen Rea's voice is also interesting. Kathleen Turner's voice is sultry & sexy. Phyllida Law (Scottish actress & Emma Thompson's mum) has a marvelous voice! And Bea Arthur's voice was cool, too. J.K. Simmons, from Law & Order, The Closer & OZ, too has a fabulous voice.
And the best male voice ever, his voice is THE VOICE, Alan Rickman!
