<p dir="auto">Just this past summer, I starting watching Monk and became COMPLETELY hooked on the show. Kinda reminds me 111cof a Columbo 30 years ago. I watched TV, but mainly shows - not movies much. I was not aware of (all) the movies/shows that Ted Levine was in. I came to find out he mainly played BAD guy or TOUGH guy roles.<br />
This role of Captain Stottlemyer, he plays to perfection. He looks like a cop and acts like a cop. He reminds me of Dennis Franz when he played Andy Sipowicz on NYPD BLUE. Ted Levine should have no trouble getting a police role after Monk winds up production later this year. Just want so say "TERRIFIC JOB TED!"</p>
