I love Sarah. Occasionally she annoys me, especially when she gets jealous. But I can't stand Catherine, and I'm glad Sofia won'16d0t be on next season. Well maybe she won't. I don't know if Louise's new show has the same filming schedule.

No one likes Sara she's just a down right obnoxious character; she's the character you love to hate and boy do I love to hate her.

Hell yeah! I dont care if im going to be unpopular but i find Catehrine ANNOYING!! I dont like the character at all. Oh well it MY opinion but anyway yes I love Sofia-she rocks and its cause of her and all the hot guys of course that i started to watch the show again after last season I kinda lost interest!!!!!

I like Sofia. She is a refreshing change from Sara and Catherine. I hope she sticks around.

I hope she doesnt stay on the show. I dont care for Louise's character. She is not pretty at all and does not do a very good job at acting. I am used to the cast that is there now and do not want to have to get used to anotherb68. I also cant stand her character because she has caught Grissom's eye. I think that Sara and he should hook up. But like I said, she is not pretty. Marg is way prettier and a better actress. Of course, everyone is entitled to their own opinion and many may disagree with me. So dont dis me because of my opinion.

I think Sophia has shown some real growth this season. She isn't prefect and she is will to admit it.
I am growing quite fond of Sophia. I hope they keep her around a while.

But my real issue is not with the actress. I don't like the charecter Sophia Curtis. One thing that makes our CSI's appealing are the flaws they have gradually introduced. They put Sophia off as superwoman and that's just not real.

dont even mention her name in the same sentence as the beautiful and wonderful catherine. catherine's awesome. sophia isn't.
I'm not going to quote the other truly hateful remarks from that idiot. But I would like everyone to know that Louise is more beautiful than 46-year-old Marg Helgenberger. It's not even a contest.

there is a spoiler in the csi board that sais that sofia appears as a detective in season 6.

rumor has it that her character and Aisha Tyler's (the new DNA chick who replaced Greg) were supposed to replace Nick and Sara when George Eads and Jorja Fox had a run in with the producers about their salaries
she was to be in more episodes in season 5 but she had to go on maternity leave as she was expecting a child in April she'll probably be back in season 6 dunno if as a regular though

I can't stand the charecter. She's awkward and feels forced on us. Not to mention we already have cast bloat and I want to see the charecters we have grown to love over the past five seasons

I'm hoping they do carry her over to next season. I'm not asking for much. I realize that people still do like Catherine, if I don't it's personal preference, so I'm not asking anyone to get booted off. Maybe one episode a month? Two? She's a great character, a beautiful woman, and I just love her accent. With the way they've treated Catherine and Sara, it's nice to have a beautiful, strong, talented, smart female character on the show. (& one that captures Gil's attention to boot).
