When you look like she does and have that body its almost irrelevant if you can act or not, its not like she will play Lady Macbeth any time soon. She is a soap/sitcom actress, nothing more nothing less. The only decent actress on DH was Felicity Huffman although her voice was kinda grating.

She should never be in anything other than comedies or a "sex pot" type of role. Judging from the things I've seen her in (Young and The Restless, Desperate Housewives, guest spot on the George Lopez show, and that movie with Paul Rudd) her acting isn't good enough for anything else.

She was extremely lucky to score Desperate Housewives. Because previous to that, she was an abysmal daytime soap actress. So bad, that she never lasted long in the roles.

I just watched Frontera and I was pleasantly surprised by how well she did. Definitely worth checking out to see her do something different.

There are definite limitations to her acting abilities. Hollywood is having to rework their formula because the viewer is demanding quality acting before paying to keep some of these morons in the style to which they have become accustomed.
