If he was one than 1c84he still is one. The trivia section of his page reads just that. He has been sober, according to; since 1997. If he is an alcoholic than he still is one. That is trait he has to carry the rest of his life no matter how long he is sober for. Alcoholism is a disease and there is no getting rid of it. He has been sober for so long, according, but he will continue living the rest of his life being an alcoholic.

If he doesn't go to meetings and he no longer drinks, he is not an alcoholic. Alcoholics need to go to meetings and talk about alcohol all the time. Some of us just move on and remove booze from out lives.
CHEERS!

If he is an alcoholic that means he is still drinking. If he is sober, then he used to be an alcoholic. Alcoholism is a choice, not a disease. No one forces anyone to take that first drink. A person chooses to drink and then it becomes a habit.
