<p dir="auto">It seemed quite clear that this was supposed to be a spinoff episode for William Lucking to create a country sherriff in the 21st century. Or, that David Milch was so taken with the TWIN PEAKS phenomena that he wanted to give the milieu a try. I thought it worked but obviou2000sly the executives thought differently.</p>
