His most memorable role commercially at least was the lead villan in True Lies, and after watching it again last night I was sure he was the same actor that played villans in Collateral Damage, Training Day and Blow, but that was Cliff Curtis, both good solid actors, would like to see them together in a film as antagonist brothers.
